La aclaración se pidió respecto de las facultades que tienen los conjuntos residenciales para responder las solicitudes de ajustes razonables elevadas por personas en situación de discapacidad.
Teniendo en cuenta que el memorial se presentó por fuera del término de tres días dispuesto en el ordenamiento jurídico para el efecto, la Corte decide RECHAZAR la nulidad formulada.
